₹11,999 per year covers your whole team of up to 15 users, with 1 GB storage. GST is additional. Extra users, storage and AI credits are optional paid add-ons.

You can subscribe to Potlu for up to 5 years at a time.

Yes. You can use Potlu as an independent designer or with a smaller team. The same annual plan includes up to 15 users.

No. Every product feature is available in the one plan. Add users or storage as you grow, and purchase AI credits for Sia when needed.

Our current plan is to make new Potlu features available within your active subscription. Some features may have separate usage charges, such as AI credits for Sia.

Yes. Initial setup and data migration are included free with your subscription.

Sia uses AI credits. You receive 100 free AI credits with your first subscription. Additional credits cost ₹1 per credit.

Your unused AI credits do not expire. If your subscription ends, your balance is retained and becomes available again when you renew. An active Potlu subscription is required to use Sia. This applies to both purchased credits and the 100 free credits included with your first subscription.

We retain your business data for at least 30 days after your subscription expires. If you need more time, contact us before this period ends to request an extension. After 30 days, continued data retention is not guaranteed unless an extension has been agreed.

No. Renewal continues from your previous subscription expiry date, not the date you make the payment. The days between expiry and renewal count towards the renewed subscription, even while access is inactive, because retaining your data continues to use storage and processing resources.

Yes. Having all features in your plan does not give every user access to everything. You control data access and the actions each user can perform. Sia follows those permissions too.
